Mary Dorothy “Dot” (Self) House, 86, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Audubon Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Mike House; brother, David Self and Kayla.
Survivors include her children, Dennis House (Casey), Debbie McCoy (Mark), Terry Surface (Doug), Gina House and Jennifer House; sister, Margie Clements; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great great-granddaughter.
Her funeral mass will be 11:00 am Monday at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 3509 Taylor Blvd., with burial at Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2:00 to 8:00 pm on Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers expressions may be made to the Mass of the Air or Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
