Martha Lois Adcock Clayton, 93, of Louisville, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017. She was born on December 7, 1924 in Earlington, Ky and lived in both Nebo and Madisonville, Ky. She worked in Medical Records at Hazelwood Hospital. She was a member of Southeast Christian Church.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 ½ years, Johnny L. Clayton, Sr.
She is survived by her adoring children, Johnny L. Clayton, Jr., of Louisville and Ginger Brown (Allan) of Plano, TX.
Her admiring grandchildren, Lisa Johnson (Corey) of Buckner, KY, David Clayton (Brittany) of Louisville, KY, Andrew Brown (Jennifer) of Austin, TX, Emily Bias (Drew) of Plano, TX; And her loving great grandchildren, Baylee Clayton of Louisville, KY, and Luke Johnson of Buckner, KY. She will be remembered for her deep love and devotion to her family.
Her funeral will be 12 pm Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Garden of Angels.
Visitation will be 1:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday and 10:00 am to noon on Saturday.
