Obituary

WEBSTER: Maureen Denise (Arsenault) Grey, 62, died peacefully and comfortably surrounded by her family on December 11, 2017 following complications of a stroke.
She was born in Waltham on October 24, 1955 the daughter of the late Henri G Arsenault and Edna Marie (Ouellette) Arsenault.
Maureen was the loving and devoted wife for 33 years of the late Clyde Norton “Chuck” Grey, Jr. who died on February 18, 2014.
Beloved mother of Christopher N. Grey and his companion Stephanie Zuidema of Framingham; Curtis H. Grey and his wife Korey Grey of Glastonbury, CT; Madison D. Grey and his wife Brittany Grey of Dudley and Kelsey E. Grey and her companion Bailey Forfa of Westfield. Cherished grandmother of Colton Grey of Glastonbury, CT. Also survived by her sisters Linda Halloran and her husband Stephen Halloran of Marysville, CA and Kathie Maker and her husband Frank Maker, Jr of Elkton, FL and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her beloved dog CJ.
Maureen spent her formative years in Waltham and graduated from Waltham High School with the Class of 1973. She received her A.S. in Business from Newbury College in Boston. She has been a resident of Webster for the past 30 years. For many years, Maureen worked alongside her husband Church as the Administrative Assistant at Newbury Designs, Inc. in Framingham.
One of Maureen’s favorite hobbies was tracing genealogy within her family. She was a loving and devoted mother to her children and always supported Chuck in his endeavors and interests. She will be fondly remembered and missed by all the people she met along her life journey in the last 62 years.
Visitations will be held on Sunday. December 17, 2017 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (off Rte. 30), Wayland.
Family and friends are invited to a Prayer Service at the funeral home on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 10:30 am.
At the request of her family, interment will be private at a later date.
