Ann T. Wholey (Foley) age 83, of Milton passed away December 13th at South Shore Hospital. Born in Boston, she was raised in Dorchester and graduated from Cardinal Cushing High School in S. Boston. She was an EKG Technician at the Carney Hospital for 29 years before retiring and previously worked as a Teller at Shawmut Bank in Boston. She was an active member of St. Brendan’s Parrish and St. Brendan’s Women’s Guild and an avid bowler and played in the St. Brendan’s Women’s Bowling League.
Beloved wife of the late Cornelius F. Mother of Joseph P. and his wife Kathy of Braintree, Maryanne Ellis and her husband Barry of Weymouth, and Christopher M. of Milton. Sister of Martin Foley of Middleboro and the late Mary Ann Hallett and her husband George of Hingham. Also survived by 4 cherished grandchildren: Kelli and her fiancé Jeffrey Thibedeau, Michaela and Kyla Ellis and Lauren Wholey. Funeral Mass at St. Agatha Church Milton Monday morning at 10:30. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Sunday 2-6 pm. Burial Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
