Pericles D. Chicolas, 80, of Worcester, died December 8th. He is survived by two sons, Jason Chicolas of Sutton and Gregory Chicolas of Somerville, SC; a daughter, Sonya Chicolas of St. Stephens, SC; two sisters, Cynthia C. Meyers and her husband, David of Sparks, NV and Betsy Chicolas of Amherst, NH; four grandchildren, Caily Chicolas, Venna Muse, Kaleb Kelly and Kelly Ellis and a great-granddaughter, Zoey Ellis.
He was born in Worcester, the son of Philip D. and Arety Pappazisis and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Perry had worked as a parts driver for Tri State Truck Company and had worked as a fabricator for the Norton Company. He was a member of Singletary Rod and Gun Club, the Grafton Sportsman Club and the Gun Owners Action League.
His funeral is Monday, December 18th with a service at 10:00 a.m. in O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home. Please omit flowers and make memorial contributions to: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O.
