Sister in law of Walter Carroll of Stoneham, Dorothy Heffernan of CA and Shirley Heffernan of Middleboro. She is also survived by her dear friends Ann “Shirley” Jordan of Plympton, Robert Valletta of W. Bridgewater, Donna Jordan-Mihos of Kingston and Mary Johnson of Braintree. Sister of the late Ruth Carroll, Russell Heffernan, James Heffernan, Sevilla Price and William Heffernan.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123)Brockton, Monday at 8am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9 am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday 4-7 pm. Obituary
Mrs. Kelley died Friday morning at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center following a period of failing health. Born and raised in Boston, a daughter of the late William and Clara (Chafe) Heffernan. She had been a resident of Brockton for the past 55 years and had been a supervisor at The New England Telephone Company for many years. She loved bingo, trips to Foxwoods and in her younger years she enjoyed singing and dancing and she also collected all and any stuffed bears. She was a longtime communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
She is survived by a son, Kevin W. Kelley of W. Bridgewater, a brother in law and two sisters in law, Walter Carroll of Stoneham, Dorothy Heffernan of CA and Shirley Heffernan of Middleboro, her dear friends, Ann “Shirley” Jordan of Plympton, Robert Valletta of W. Bridgewater, Donna Jordan-Mihos of Kingston and Mary Johnson of Braintree and several nieces and nephews.
