Edna Lorraine (Lanneville) Lemaire, formerly of Natick, died on Monday, November 27, 2017, in Nashville, TN.
Edna Lemaire was born in Fall River, Massachusetts on April 9, 1925, the daughter of Adelard and Rose (Rioux) Lanneville. She was the widow of Hervé-B. Lemaire, to whom she was married for 54 years. She lived in Natick, MA, for 50 years before moving to Nashville, TN. A graduate of Dominican Academy in Fall River, MA, Ms. Lemaire worked for the Department of Defense for many years in Newport, RI and Natick, MA. She served as director of the Natick, MA chapter of the American Red Cross. Following retirement, she was a literacy and library volunteer.
She is survived by three children, David LeMaire (Julio Peña) of New York, NY, Joceline Lemaire (John Lozier) of Nashville, TN, and Monique Lemaire (Michael Kestigian) of Charlton, MA, and by four grandchildren, Catherine Lemaire Lozier of Nashville, TN, Michael (Cody) Kestigian of Brooklyn, NY, Suzanne Lemaire Lozier of Chicago, IL, and Aidan Kestigian of Pittsburgh, PA. She was predeceased by a sister Evelyn Waters, and by brothers Lionel, Lucien, and Paul Lanneville.
There will be no visiting hours.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Patrick’s Church, 44 East Central Street, Natick, MA, on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2017, at 10:00 AM.
Interment services will follow at Saint Patrick's Cemetery, Pond Street, Natick.
There will be a time of remembrance at a luncheon following the services.
