Barbara Ann Neuman
November 17, 1935- December 1, 2017
Barbara Ann (Bronnenberg) Baker Neuman, 82, of Anderson and Naples, Florida, passed away on December 1, 2017 at Meadow Brook Assisted Living in Fishers.
She was born on November 17, 1935 in Chesterfield, the daughter of Harold and Sara (Miller) Bronnenberg. She was a graduate of Anderson High School and was employed as a dispatcher for the Anderson Police Department for 18 years. Barbara enjoyed playing the organ, knitting, painting, ballroom dancing, and playing cards. She loved being around the water and very much enjoyed time spent at Lake Wawasee and in Naples, Florida.
She is survived by her three children; Susan Brandon (husband Rick), Michael Baker, and Juli Strattman (husband Dan), 6 grandchildren; Lauren, Leigh, Scott, Alec, Rachel, and Evan, and 2 great grandchildren; Charlie and Hunter, a brother, David Bronnenberg, several nieces and nephews, and her partner, Michael Clayton, step children, Julie Neuman and Gina Neuman Bush, and step-grandchildren, Garrett, Conner, and Chad.
She was preceded in death by two husbands; Phillip "Bud" Baker and Don Neuman, and her granddaughter, Anna Baker, and step-daughter Amy Olesky.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service, 229 South Rangeline Road, Anderson. Friends may visit with the family 2 hours prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Madison County Humane Society.
