Lottie Lurinzie Delaney Guy, 69, of Norman Park passed away Friday, December 1, 2017, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2017, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Tommy Bridges and the Rev. Terrell Roberts officiating. Mrs. Guy will be laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 5, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Members of Mrs. Guy's family will serve as pallbearers.
Born June 11, 1948 in Norman Park, Mrs. Guy was the daughter of the late Charlie Raymond Delaney and Lottie Mae McCall Walker. She was also preceded in death by three sisters. She was a homemaker and of the Holiness faith. She enjoyed fishing and doing Word Search puzzles. She loved her family, her friends and especially her dog, Crystal. She had lived in Norman Park most of her life.
Mrs. Guy is survived by her husband of 42 years, William Thomas Guy of Norman Park; four brothers, Charles Michael Delaney of Griffin, Donnie Delaney of Fernandina Beach, Florida, Johnny Walker of Enigma and Tony Walker of Texas; six sisters, Marie Evans of Hampton, Katie Lee Moore of Tifton, Gail Bassett of Wisconsin and Shirley Morse, Gwen Kimbell and Judy Martinez, all of Norman Park; three step-brothers; and five step-sisters.
