DRACUT - Mrs. Kathleen M. (Low) (Cogliano) Ralls, age 69, a former resident of Tewksbury, died peacefully Monday morning, November 27, at Lowell General Hospital, after several years of declining health.
She was born and raised in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, in November 1947, one of three children of the late Harry and Inez (Killoran) Low, and emigrated to the United States in her teenage years.
She lived in Tewksbury, where she raised her family, and later Lowell. She moved to Dracut three years ago.
Kathleen retired as a program manager, having worked for several area group homes, including the Phoenix Project in Tewksbury.
She leaves her daughter, Cathleen C. (Cogliano) Bilich and her husband Kenneth of Methuen; a son, Shane F. Cogliano and his wife Pamela (Wentworth) of Tewksbury; three grandchildren, Spencer, Sawyer, and Piper Bilich; a great grandson, Kyrie; her sister, Colleen Lank and her husband James of Hyde Park, MA; brother David Farrow and his wife Carol of Kingston, Ontario, Canada; and her beloved dog, Daisy.
Kathleen was mother of the late Sean Cogliano who passed in June 1998, and wife of the late Gerald J. Ralls Jr. who passed in 2014, and former wife of the late Salvatore Cogliano who also passed in 1998.
Her Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, Dec. 4, at 11:30 a.m. in St. William’s Church, 1351 Main St. (Rte. 38) Tewksbury. Burial will follow in Tewksbury Cemetery. At her request visiting hours are omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Lung Assn., 1661 Worcester Rd., Suite 301, Framingham, MA 01701 or M.S.P.C.A.
