Lillian E. (Layton) Miles, 88, went to be with her Heavenly father to become our guardian angel, Sunday, November 26, 2017. Born in St. Louis she was a wonderful mother and member of St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Eugene Miles.
Survivors include her six children, Bob (Valerie), John (Pat), Mary Claxon (Tim), Ray (Nancy), Jim (Jennifer) and Joe; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren
Her funeral mass will be 11:00 am Friday, December 1, 2017 at St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church, 903 Fairdale Road; with burial at St. Andrew Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
