Mildred "Millie" E. (Winn) MacDonald, age 95, of Natick, wife of the late Francis A. MacDonald, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017, at the Tippett Hospice Home, in Needham, MA, after a brief illness.
Born on March 17, 1922, Mildred was the daughter of the late Helen (Smith) and Earl Winn.
Millie spent several years working at Dennison’s of Framingham and was proud to have lived her life in Natick. A graduate of the Natick High School, Class of 1940, she was predeceased by her four sisters, Marjorie Colbeth, Dorothy Rideout, Ethel Lincoln, and Albertine Coons.
She is survived by her son, Francis A. MacDonald, Jr. and his wife Carolyn of Osterville, MA; sister-in-law Irma Banks of Uxbridge; two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Tippett Home for their care during Mildred’s final days.
Visiting hours at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at NATICK COMMON, on Friday, December 1, 2017, from 9:30-11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service starting at 11:00 AM.
Burial will follow at the Dell Park Cemetery, Pond Street, Natick.
