Obituary

Milton Glazer passed away peacefully on November 24, 2017 at age 89.
Born in New York on February 5,1928, Milton was the son of Myer and Tillie (Mitnick) Glazer. Milton resided in Malden with his beloved wife, Lila Glazer (Kaplan) for the past 48 years and most recently was a resident at the Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home.
Milton was the loving father of Robert, of Washington, Stephen and his wife Linda of Saugus, Michael of Malden & Richard and his wife Cibele of Pennsylvania.  He was the cherished grandfather of Kara, Stephanie, Jarred, Jennifer, Samantha & Lisa.
He is survived by his brother, Arthur and his wife Leona and nieces and nephews.
Milton served with the United States Navy during World War II as a corpsman, providing medical treatment to sailors. After serving in the US Navy, Milton began working for the US Postal Service as a letter carrier, proudly serving the Everett community.  
Milton was an avid reader and enjoyed art and painting.
He was also a sports fan and enjoyed watching sports.  He was a kindhearted, loving, generous husband, father, grandfather and will be missed greatly.
Relatives and friends are invited to join Milton’s funeral service on November 28 at 1:00PM at Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150. Interment in Sudlikov Cemetery 232 Fuller St. Everett, MA 02149.
