Catherine P. (Schumb) Vickery, age 95, of Natick, died on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at her home.
Born in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Charles & Theresa (Murphy) Schumb. Catherine was a Natick resident for 66 years and a parishioner of Saint Patrick's Church in Natick for many years. She was a devoted wife and mother, a homemaker and widow.
Catherine was the beloved wife of the late Francis J. Doucette and the late Donald W. Vickery; loving mother of Leslie Doucette Walkenstein & her husband David of Sherborn, Michael Doucette & his wife Penelope of Livermore, ME, Kevin Doucette & his wife Dean of Medway, Suzanne Doucette & her husband Paul D'Innocenzo of Natick; cherished grandmother of Marie Pressman, Alexis Walkenstein, John Doucette, Glen Doucette, Mike Doucette, Seth Doucette, Hannah Doucette, Matthew D'Innocenzo, Daniel D'Innocenzo and great-grandmother of 19; dear sister of Annamay Conserva of Tewksbury and the late T. Virginia Richardson, Charlotte Fortin and Charles Schumb; loving sister-in-law of JoAnn Schumb of North Chelmsford and aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at NATICK COMMON, on Friday, November 24, 2017, from 4:00-7:00 PM.
Funeral services at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, at NATICK COMMON, on Saturday, November 25, 2017, at 9:00 AM, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Patrick's Church, 44 East Central Street, Natick, at 10:00 AM.
Interment services will follow at Saint Patrick's Cemetery, Pond Street, Natick.
