Worcester – Philip G. Rondeau, 82, of Worcester, died on Sunday, November 19th in the Odd Fellows Home after an illness.
Mr. Rondeau is survived by his five children, Linda Faiola of West Boylston, Philip Rondeau of Charlton, Kenneth Rondeau of West Boylston, William Rondeau of Spencer and Barry Rondeau of Spencer; his former wife, Maryann D. Rondeau of Worcester; 8 brothers and sisters, Shirley Chivarro of Costa Rica, Kenneth Rondeau of Lake Havasu, AZ, James Rondeau of North Carolina, Albert Rondeau of Florida, Harold Rondeau of Worcester, Susan Marsland of Cumberland, RI, Herbert Moreau of Worcester and Clifford Moreau of Worcester; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Phil was born in Worcester, son of the late Philip Rondeau and Alfreda I. (Robbins) Moreau and is also predeceased by 5 brothers and sisters, Elizabeth Castro, Paul Rondeau, Mary Rondeau, Carol Sue Moreau and Joseph Dufresne.
Mr. Rondeau worked for many years as a machinist at Lundquist Tool and Die Company and proudly served in the Army National Guard. Phil enjoyed taking walks and was a collector of many things, especially coins.
Friend and family are invited to gather from 9:30 to 11 AM on Monday, November 27th in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home for calling hours and a prayer service will follow at 11AM in the funeral home.
