Gail F. (Landry) Goodwin, 83, of Natick, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Friday, November 17, 2017 at the MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham.
Born on July 9, 1934 in Franklin, MA, she was the daughter of the late Omer and Caroline (Brushingham) Landry.
She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Alfred F. Goodwin, her daughter, Diana L. Bardsley of Franklin, son Alfred F. Goodwin, Jr. and his wife Joyce of Medway, as well her daughter Jean and her husband Bob Moulton of Natick. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother of eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Carol Bennett, Richard Landry, Denise LaFazio and the late Elizabeth (Betty) Landry. She will also be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Gail graduated from Franklin High School in 1952 and married her beloved husband at St. Mary’s Church in 1954. She was known for being a gifted artist and photographer. In her spare time, she loved to cook and bake. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held at the Ginley Funeral Home, 131 Main St., Franklin on Tuesday, November 21st from 4-7pm.
Relatives and friends are also invited to attend her Funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Church, 1 Church Square, Franklin on Wednesday, November 22nd at 10am.
Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
Remembrances may be made in her name to a charity of one’s choice.
