Worcester, Massachusetts-Elisabeth Ann Hampshire, 66, passed away on October 22, 2017, at her home.
She was born in Worcester on September 2, 1951, a daughter to the late John Fairbank Hampshire and Judith Wood Hampshire. She attended local schools and went on to earn her Associates degree from Garland Junior College.
Elisabeth was a kind and compassionate person, attributes that were reflected in the way she loved and cared for animals and people in need. Her favorite times were summers at Lake Memphremagog in Quebec, where many memories were made with family throughout the years.
She is survived by her brother, John F. Hampshire Jr. of Worcester, her sister, Jan (Sherwood) Cummins in CA, nieces, Katerina and Gabriella Cummins in CA, her aunt, Mary Blanchard of Olympia, WA, and cousins, Lynn (Benton) Ashby of Atlanta and Susan (Charles) Frank and Nancy (Stephen) Bean, both of Olympia WA.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30pm on Wednesday, December 13th at All Saint's Church, 10 Irving St., Worcester. Arrangements are in the care of CALLAHAN FAY & CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester, MA 01608.
