WINSTON L. ROBERSON, SR., 74, passed away November 10, 2017.
He was a retired employee of Tri Mac Transportation, a member of the Fairdale Masonic Lodge #942, Scottish Rite, was a Shriner, a member of Greenwood United Baptist Church, and an Army veteran.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Carl W. and Nellie Pearl Lyle Roberson, daughters, Connie Sue Roberson, and Talisa Rene’ Roberson Hawks.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 53 years, Carolyn (Wilson) Roberson; his son, Winston “Rob” Roberson, Jr. (Melissa Shuck Roberson); son-in-law, Troy R. Hawks (Suzanne); granddaughter, Sarah Hawks Whiles (Curtis); and great grandson, Nicholas Tyler Whiles.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Greenwood United Baptist Church, 8710 Thompson Lane with burial in Lone Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2 – 8 p.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway and after 9 a.m. Monday at his Church.
