Marc Raymond Parenteau 30, of Boston, passed away peacefully, with his family at his side, Sunday November 5, 2017 at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, in Brighton, following a sudden illness. He was the beloved husband of Kar-Kate (Leung) Parenteau.
Born January 8, 1987 in Framingham, a son of Joseph R. “Ray” and Nancy K. (Goodwin) Parenteau of Bellingham, he was a former resident of Bellingham and Franklin before moving to Boston 3 years ago.
Marc was raised and educated in Bellingham, was a graduate of Mt. St. Charles Academy Class of 2005 and continued his education at Syracuse University where he received a bachelor’s degree in communications in 2010. He was working in sales for the family owned ClickRSVP, a digital marketing company.
Marc loved spending time with his family and friends, and was an avid fan of Boston sports teams. He played ice hockey in a number of leagues, including the Mt. St. Charles Junior High Team.
In addition to his wife, and parents he is survived by a sister, Cindy Kucich and her husband John and their children Emma, Jack and Brooke of Franklin. He also leaves many extended family members.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass Monday Nov. 13th, at 10AM in St. Mary’s Church 1 Church Sq. Franklin. His interment will be held privately.
Calling hours are Sunday Nov. 12th, from 2-5PM at the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. Franklin.
