WAYLAND: Vickie J. (Columbus) Paine, 55, died unexpectedly at her residence on Friday, October 27, 2017.
She was born in Natick on February 8, 1962 the daughter of Janet S. (Crowe) Columbus of Framingham and the late John R. Columbus who died on March 24, 2016.
Besides her mother Janet, Vickie is survived by her daughter Rebecca A. Paine of Royalston and her sister Phyllis Supernor of Tempe, AZ. She was the aunt of Amy Supernor of Hebron, CT; Kimberly Oller and her husband Jamie Oller and their son Antonio Oller all of Milford. Vickie was the niece of Jo Columbus and her partner Paul Pereir of Chester, NH and Ernie Columbus and his wife Deidra Columbus of Marlborough. Also survived by many cousins.
Vickie spent her formative years in Framingham and graduated from Keefe Technical School in Framingham. She had been a resident of Royalston for over 20 years and for the 3 ½ years has resided in Wayland.
Prior to her retirement, she was associated with Stop and Shop as a meat cutter. Vickie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Memorial Visitations will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon ONLY at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (Off Rte. 30), Wayland.
Interment will follow at 12:15 pm in Lakeview Cemetery in Wayland.
