Joseph F. Rubicine, 85, of East Bridgewater, passed away, on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017. He was the loving husband of Jane (Blanchard) Rubicine for 57 years. Joseph was a proud member of the B.A.C local 5.
In addition to his wife, he was the loving father of Joseph P. Rubicine, Jean Rubicine, Janice Daniels and her husband Jack, Jane Ponder and her husband Charles. Joseph is also survived by his loving grandchildren Jade Laskowski and her husband Matthew, Cassie Ponder, Justin Daniels, and Delaney Ponder, his sisters Anna DiMaddelena and Antoinette DeSilva. He was also the brother of the late Frank Rubicine, Lillian Defeo, Michael Rubicine, Mary Pellegrino, and Robert Rubicine .
His funeral services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 7, at 8:15 a.m., from the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. (Rte 58 at the rotary circle) Whitman, followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in the Holy Ghost Church, 518 Washington Street, Whitman. Burial will follow in the Northville Cemetery, East Bridgewater. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Monday, Nov. 6 from 4-6
