Carol Ann Dubois, 77, of Derry, NH, passed away Monday, October 30, 2017 at the Ridgewood Center in Bedford, NH. She was born in Methuen, MA on December 16, 1939, a daughter of the late Raymond and Rita (Desrochers) Marcoux. Carol enjoyed arts and crafts, often setting up a table at local craft fairs and flea markets. She restored old dolls and repaired wicker furniture. When her family was young, they enjoyed camping. She loved to take day trips and rides up to the White Mountains and the beach.
She is survived by her three sons, Eugene Dubois, Jason Dubois, and Daniel Dubois; two daughters, Cathy Brown and Cheryl Greene; 13 grandchildren, five great grandchildren; five sisters, Pat Worthen of FL, Joan Surprenant of NH, Marilyn Smerdon of FL, Dotty Somerville of DE, Nancy Condon of MA; two brothers, Raymond Marcoux of VT, Mike Marcoux of NH; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Eugene Dubois.
Following cremation, memorial calling hours will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 9:30 – 11:00am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry. A Memorial service will begin at 11:00am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Gilcreast Road, Londonderry, NH.
