Elswick, James H., 71 left this life October 28, 2017 with family by his side.
He was born to Dewey and Vergie (Newsome) Elswick February 9, 1946 in Caneyville, KY.
Jim retired in 2006 from Ford Motor Company as an Inspector. He was a devoted member of Christian Assembly Church, and a Loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed making walking canes, and could not tell a joke for laughing because he forgot the punchline.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 39 years, Faye (Floyd) Elswick, sons: Paul (Bonnie), Philip (LuAnn), and Todd (Carol) Elswick; grandchildren: Amanda, Brandon ,Justin, Heather, Janie, and J.T.
Funeral Services will be Monday at 1:00 PM at Christian Assembly Church 9020 Stonestreet Rd. Burial is in Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington. Visitation is at Church 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 PM.
