James E. Brewer (Jim, Sonny, Pop, Big Pop) passed away peacefully at home with family 10/25/17. Born 04/30/34 to James and Maggie Brewer raised in Bokoshe, Oklahoma. Jim was a Air Force Veteran,Truck Driver with Teamsters Union, ALL THINGS COWBOY, loved Horses and Airplanes,loved to play with his Grandchildren, Family and Friends. He spent Great Times with Great Friends in his early years at Santa Paula Bowling Alley and The Frontier Club which were really some of his favorite memories.
Jim is survived by his loving wife Barbara of 40 yrs, Sons- Jimmy Brewer and Eddie Day, Daughters-Angela and Lloyd Manes, Stacey and Thomas Gleason, Grandchildren-Lloyd Manes Jr, Levi Manes, Landon and Kristi Manes, Savanna and Angel Torres, Leisea and Frankie Cardenas, Ashlee Day and Steven, and 11 Great Grandchildren.
Jim is preceded in death by his Granddaughter Carmen Brewer, parents James and Maggie Brewer, 3 Brothers, 3 Sisters and Daughter In-Law Kim Brewer.
A Celebration of Jim's life will be held in his memory November 11th. He will be very much missed by all.
