LACONIA - Leo C. Howard, 75, of 154 Blueberry Lane, died Monday, October 9, 2017 at Lakes Region General Hospital.
He was born on May 1, 1942 in Rochester, NH, the son of the late Roger and Natalie (Jenness) Howard. Leo worked for over twenty years for the New Hampshire Department of Transportation, retiring as Shed Manager. He then worked as a custodian for the Strafford Elementary School for twenty years.
He is survived by his wife of over fifty years, JoAnn (Gagnon) Howard of Laconia, two sons; Wayne Howard and his wife Thia of Laconia and Clint Howard of Cordova, TN., five grandchildren; Meredith Newbould, Andrea Howard, Leslie Howard-Goddard, Blake Howard and Ava Howard and two great grandchildren; Ari and Liam Newbould. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his two brothers; David and Arnold Howard.
There will be no calling hours.
Funeral services will be private.
