Jacky Wayne Ritch, 74, of Mystic, Georgia, died Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 4 PM, Thursday, October 19, 2017, at Bethel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Tommy Ritch officiating. Interment will follow in the Ocilla Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, from 6 PM until 8 PM, at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Mr. Ritch was born February 9, 1943, in Ocilla, Georgia, to the late James Curtis & Madlyn Elizabeth Vickers Ritch. He lived in the community all of his life and was a personnel manager for Kelly Manufacturing in Tifton, Georgia. He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam war. He loved to hunt and fish and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his children: Beth & Allen James of Fitzgerald, Joey Ritch of Ocilla and Ann & Roy Brown of Ocilla; 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Broome Ritch and three brothers: Bobby Ritch, Billy Ritch and Jimmy Ritch.
