Devoted mother of John E. Doherty Jr., of Suffolk, VA., Patricia of Milford, Robert and Kathleen both of Walpole, Kevin of RI., Christopher of Needham, Mary Ellen of North Attleboro, Michael of Newton, Brian of Northboro, Nancy Seeley of Sandwich, Eileen of Westwood, Maura Melia of Millis, and the late Jean Elizabeth Doherty.
Grammy of 28 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Sister of the late Joan and James.
Pat was born in Norwood, MA on October 18th 1925. She supported her husbands medical practice for 35 years in Needham. She worked at the Glover Memorial Hospital in the Radiology Department for many years. Former parishioner of St. Joseph’s Parish Needham and Blessed Sacrament Parish, Walpole.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 1305 Highland Ave. Needham on Saturday October 21st at 8:30am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church, Walpole at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Friday, October 20th from 4-8pm. Interment St. Francis Cemetery, Walpole.
