Keith A. Marchant, age 61, of Attleboro, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born in Attleboro, MA on May 24, 1956, he was a son of the late Harry and Louise (Garrity) Marchant.
Keith grew up in Norton and was educated in Norton schools. He had made his home in Attleboro for many years.
Prior to retiring, he had worked for the Boston Globe as a newspaper deliveryman and had previously been employed at Stone Container in Mansfield. Keith’s favorite thing in the world was fishing, and as a child he attended St. Mary’s Church in Norton with his family.
He is survived by his children Kim Flood of Worcester, Edward Marchant of Attleboro and Corey Marchant of Attleboro. He was the brother of Denise Cochran of Norton and the twin brother of Kevin Marchant of Washington State. He was the longtime companion of Cindy Esty of Attleboro, and is also survived by several grandchildren and 3 nephews.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a celebration of his life on Saturday, October 28th from 11:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. at the Hillcrest Community Center, 37 Carlon St., Attleboro.
