Joseph J. Rosemowicz, age 65, of Norton, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
Born in Boston, MA on October 3, 2017, he was a loving son of the late Dr. Frank C. and Maryann (Chastulik) Rosemowicz.
Joe grew up in Dorchester and was a graduate of South Boston High School. He also received a certificate in sheet metal fabrication from the Blue Hill Regional School.
As a child, Joe spent every summer at his family’s home on the Norton Reservoir. He loved Norton so much and was proud to be a fulltime and almost lifelong resident of the community.
He was previously employed as a teacher’s aide for Boston Public Schools and loved Indian culture and folk art.
He was the dear brother of Marie A. Nolan and her husband Paul of Hingham, and the loving uncle of Lori Fitzpatrick and Adam Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by his grand nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church in Hanover on a day and time to be announced. Burial will be private and visiting hours have been omitted.
