Jessica (Coates) Caron, 40, of West Haven, CT, formally of Plainville, MA, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 30, 2017. She was the beloved wife of Richard Caron.
Jessica grew up in Plainville, MA, graduating King Philip Regional in 1995. She put herself through college, earning Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2008 from Fisher College.
Jessica was known for her warm grin, sparkling eyes, and generous spirit. An innate problem solver, she loved and excelled in her career as a Material Planning Specialist. In her free time, she loved taking walks with her husband and fur babies, Duke and Roscoe, and snapping pictures of nature along the way. Jessica also enjoyed designing intricate drawings that illustrated her meticulous attention to detail.
Born in Norwood, MA on February 15, 1977, she was the daughter of Michael Coates and the late Rosemary Coates.
In addition to her father, Jessica is survived by her brothers and sisters; Alfred Conant of Holbrook, MA, Jennifer (Leslie) Howarth of Jacksonville, AR, Jonathan (Andrea) Coates of Middleboro, MA, and Jillian (Andrew) Hill of Houston, TX.
She is also survived by six nieces and nephews: Erick and Joel Coates of Middleboro, MA, Rebecca Kimball of Farmington, ME, Alexander Kimball of Presque Isle, ME, and Kent and Margaret Hill of Houston, TX.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Shawn Coates.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jessica’s memorial service on Thursday, October 5 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main St., Franklin.
