KERRIGAN, Maryjane (Hueber) of Weston, formerly of Belmont, passed away too soon and unexpectedly on the morning of September 30, 2017, a tragic loss to all those who knew her. Maryjane is survived by her beloved husband Jack Kerrigan of 41 years and her loving children, Jay of Dedham, and Virginia of Boston; brother John Hueber, married to Marcia (Gagney) of Lincoln, brother Robert Hueber, married to Karen (Noonan) of Wayland, and brother Stephen Hueber, married to Janine (Hart) of Arlington. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Jack and Jared Kerrigan of Wayland. Lastly, she is survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and all those she loved and touched deeply.
Maryjane and her husband Jack met in the seventh grade at Belmont Junior High School and, from there, spent their lives together living each day to the fullest with each other and their children. Maryjane received her Bachelor’s Degree from Newton College of the Sacred Heart (Boston College) and her Master’s Degree from Lesley University. She led a long and successful career as an executive recruiter.
Maryjane and Jack were active members at the Weston Golf Club with extended family for decades. They both enjoyed summers at Lake Winnipesaukee and winters in Stowe, Vermont. Maryjane was a lover of animals - particularly her golden retrievers and her Leila Bear. She will be deeply missed by all of those whom she touched.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St. (Rt.16) Wellesley on Thursday October 5, 2017 at 9:45AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Julia’s Church, 374 Boston Post Road, Weston at 11AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours will be held, in the funeral home, on Wednesday October 4 from 4-8PM. Interment in Linwood Cemetery, Weston. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in Maryjane’s memory to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation http://www.jdrf.org/).
