Passed away peacefully, on her 60th wedding anniversary, September 28, 2017. Preceded in death by parents & sister Claire. Survived by loving husband Richard; children Lynn (Tim) Woodford, John (Dawn), Daniel (Karen), Angela (Keith) Kamish, Greg (Maureen) & Kristin; grandchildren Matt, Reed, Kolin, Kate, Eric, Morgan, Clayton, Madyson, Madalyn, Haylie & Hunter; sister Margie Essen; nieces, nephews & special friends. Mary loved traveling & spending time with family & friends. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday (10/4) 10:00 AM at CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION, 51 W. 7th St., St. Paul. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 4-7 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, & one hour prior to Mass at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association or donor's choice.
