Donna L. Germani, 70, of Flat St. Cumberland passed away on Thursday September 28, 2017 at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of Rhode Island in Providence.
Born and raised in Pawtucket she was a daughter of the late Norman and Gladys (Gikas) Taylor. She resided in Lincoln for many years and in Cumberland for the past several years.
In her earlier years Donna worked at Royal Electric and Ann & Hope. She was later employed at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence for many years before retiring.
Donna was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her daughter Kristen L. Germani of Smithfield and a son David F. Germani and his wife Melanie of Cumberland. She was the mother of the late Dawn M. Delamare who passed away in 2009. She was the sister of Edward Taylor of Florida, Beverly Basiliere of Pawtucket and the late Norman “Lolly” Taylor, Robert “Bobby” Taylor, Donald Taylor, Eileen Restrepo (who was Donna’s twin sister) and Norma “Sissy” LeBeau. She is also survived by her grandchildren Megan and Allison Delamare, Michael, Bailey and Jacob Germani, her great-grandchildren Kaydence and Mia and many nieces and nephews and their families.
Relatives and friends are invited to remember and honor Donna’s life at visiting hours on Sunday October 1, 2017 from 3-6 pm at the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave. Woonsocket.
