William E. Colleran of Reading died on Wednesday, September 27. Born and raised in Somerville, he was the son of Doris (Fay) Colleran of Medford and the late James Colleran. William was a proud member of Local 22.
William was the beloved husband of the late Cindy (O'Connell), the devoted father of William Colleran of Washington, and the devoted step-father of Kelly O'Rourke of California and the late Kevin O'Rourke. He was the loving grandfather of Arianna and Tyler, and the brother of Timothy Colleran and his wife Leslie of Stoneham, James Colleran Jr. and his wife Justine of Wakefield, John Colleran and his wife Debbie of Revere, David Colleran and his wife Claudette of Malden, Jenneen Pagliaro and her husband Mark of Medford, Stephanie Chiappini of Stoneham and her late husband Peter, and the late Leo Colleran. William is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Friday, October 6 at 9 AM followed by a memorial mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting hours Thursday, October 5, from 4 through 8 PM.
