Gloria J. Machado, 75, of Carver, formerly of Raynham, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 26th, 2017.
She was the widow of Alfred Machado. Born in Taunton, daughter of the late Edward Coute and Rita (Tremblay) Groff.
Gloria enjoyed volunteering for the Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen and St. Vincent De Paul and truly devoted her life to charity work of all kinds.
Gloria is survived by her children, Alfred Machado of Taunton, Neil Machado of Taunton and Melanie Semple and her husband Scott of Carver; sisters, Joanne Clark of Fall River and Carol DeCosta and her husband Clark of Somerset; grandchildren, Valerie Tomascik, Matthew Cotter, Kevin Semple, Ryan Semple, Tyler Machado and Maddie Cotter; great grandson, Jackson Tomascik; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Monday at 9:00am from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, with Mass to Follow in St. Ann Church, Raynham at 10:00am. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Calling hours Sunday 3-7.
