Benny James Goode, 56, of Enigma passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at Tift Regional Medical Center. His funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 30, 2017, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Jackie Connell officiating. Mr. Goode will be laid to rest at Turner Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Enigma. The family will receive friends Saturday, September 30, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Matthew Hinson, David Keen, Anthony Aultman, Wayne Aultman, Randy Swails and Jeremy Nash will serve as pallbearers.
Born September 23, 1961 in Saint Petersburg, Florida, Mr. Goode was the son of Betty Swails Goode of Tifton and the late William Thomas Goode. He was employed at Agri-Supply in Tifton.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Goode is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Beverly Susan and Tommy Flanders of Enigma.
