Raymond P. Noyes Jr., 61, of Derry, NH, died Saturday, October 8, 2005 in the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. Ray was born in Bangor, ME on February 21, 1944, a son of the late Raymond P. and Rosalie (Havey) Noyes Sr. He was a resident of Derry for 40 years. Ray was a US Army veteran. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a life member of the Chester Rod and Gun Club.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Noyes of Derry, his daughter, Barbara Jones and her husband Robert of Derry, two grandchildren, Samantha Jones, Nicholas Jones, both of Derry, four sisters, Penny White, Frances Johnson, both of Eastbrook, ME, Dorothy Havey of Lincolnville, ME, Louise Nutt of Chester, NH, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, services will be held at a later date. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc., Northeast Affiliate, 2 Wall St., Manchester, NH 03101.
