ASSONET – Taylor A. Patricio, age 26 of Assonet, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. He was the beloved son of Lee & Margaret (Raposo) Patricio.
Besides his parents, survivors include his beloved son and love of his life, Travis Patricio and his mother Kirby Harrington of Somerset; his paternal grandparents, Gabriel & Rosa Patricio of Fall River; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was also the grandson of the late Afonso P. & Venilde Raposo.
After graduating from high school in 2008, he attended RI Construction and Training Academy in 2010 - 2011. Most recently Taylor was working as an apprentice for Platinum Fire and Protection Services in Marlborough, MA. Prior to that he had been employed as a foreman for Earthworks in Port St. Lucie, FL and as a laborer for S&S Concrete Forms in Swansea, MA. Taylor traveled extensively with his family, holding the island of his roots, São Miguel, Açores as his favorite. He loved sports, fishing and had a passion for his car and riding.
He enjoyed making others laugh and having fun. He was an adventurous, passionate, loving individual that will be missed by those that loved him.
Private funeral arrangements were held on September 16th under the direction of the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. followed by a Christian Mass at St. Bernard Church, Assonet. www.rogersfuneral.com
