Susan M. Seefeld, 59, died Wednesday, September 13th, 2017, in her home in Johnston, RI.
Born in Laurel, Mississippi, Susan was the daughter of the late Ralph F. Seefeld and the late Susie Lurline McLeod Seefeld. She had an incredible sense of humor, loved dancing, watching old T.V. Shows (especially "I Love Lucy"), attending church, having a 'proper afternoon tea time' and looking at old Sears catalogs & Dennis the Menace cartoon books. She was a hard worker at the Fogerty Center during the last 30 years of her life. She was a joy and a blessing to everyone who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her siblings, D. Faye Sanders of North Providence, and Marguerite R. Boyd and her husband, Wayne Boyd, of Huntsville, Alabama, as well as by many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her brother, Benjamin H. Sanders, of Oxford, MS.
There will be a private memorial service in Providence, RI, and an internment at a later date at the McLeod Cemetery in Greene County, MS. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made in Susan's memory to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org, or to the charity of your choice.
