DELCIE ILENE (LEE) GARNER, 82, passed away September 18, 2017.
She was a retired employee of Brown & Williamson, a member of TOPS, and Coral Ridge Separate Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death was her husband of 26 years, Arthur Garner, Jr., and her companion of 32 years, Bill McDonald.
Survivors include her children, Dannie Clayton Garner, Sr. (Donna), and Sandra Garner Bastin; grandchildren, Jennifer Reece (Brian), Dannie Clayton, Jr., Melissa Garner, Dwayne Garner (Tammy) and Cassaundra Bastin (Corey); eleven great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be 2- 8 p.m. Wednesday.
