Frank Price Kelley, 90, of Tifton passed away Sunday, September 17, 2017, at Tifton Health and Rehab. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mr. Kelley at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Leila United Methodist Church Cemetery in Omega (Colquitt County), where he will be laid to rest. The Rev. Ken Kelley will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mr. Kelley’s nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Born May 14, 1927 in Brookfield, Mr. Kelley was the son of the late Clem Anderson Kelley and Minnie Lee McMillan Kelley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lucy DeBella Kelley; and three brothers, C. D. Kelley, Nathaniel Kelley and Ray Kelley. He was a retired dance instructor and danced with Arthur Murray and Fred Astaire at Phillips Studio in New York. He was a veteran of the United States Navy with the occupation force in Japan during World War II. He lived in Miami, Florida for 40 years.
Mr. Kelley is survived by one sister, Erie Archer Chambless of Tifton.
