Robert A. Shade, 98, Anderson, died September 10, 2017 at Bethany Pointe.
He is survived by son, David (Mimi) Shade; two grandchildren, Amy (Troy) Presnall and Sara Shade; two great grandchildren, Nicholas and Ava Presnall.
Memorial service will be 1 p.m., Friday, September 22, 2017 at Ratterman and Sons Funeral Home; 3800 Bardstown Road; Louisville, KY 40218. Burial will follow in Zachary Taylor National Cemetery.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Madison County Humane Society.
