Angelo D’Agostino, Jr., age 85, formerly of Milton and Sagamore Beach, of Pembroke passed away September 2nd at the South Shore Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Rockland. Born and raised in Everett, he graduated from Everett High School and Burdette College in NH and the University of Arizona. He was a proud Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. Angelo worked as an Accountant for Nutter, McClellan and Fish for many years before retiring. He was an avid sports fan and previously coached Babe Ruth Baseball in Milton and enjoyed playing in the Men’s and Couples Bowling Leagues in Milton. He also enjoyed working in his yard and tending to his garden. His wife Mary Ann always referred to Angelo as her sunshine because of his outgoing and happy personality. He always had a smile on his face and enjoyed greeting people at the nursing homes where he lived.
Beloved husband of Mary Ann (Rosato). Father of Evamarie Thomas and her husband Joseph of Pembroke, and Anne Bliss and her husband Lance of Marshfield. Grandfather of Amy, Hannah and David Bliss. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, in laws and friends. Funeral Mass at St. Mary of Hills Church, Milton Friday morning at 11:30. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Thursday 3-7 pm. Burial Milton Cemetery. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War.
