Patricia Ann (Dixon) Mathias, 82, Chesterfield, died August 30, 2017 at Miller's Merry Manor in Chesterfield.
Patricia was born August 18, 1935 in Marion, IN the daughter of Clyde Victor and Georgia Lucille (Lindley) Dixon.
She was a homemaker residing in Chesterfield for 60 years. She enjoyed quilting and traveling and was a member of Redbud Quilters and Piecemaker Quilters.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Charles "Butch" Mathias of Chesterfield whom she married on June 14, 1953; her three children, Teresa "Teri" (Lee) Dixon of Gainesville, FL; Stephen (Barbara) Mathias of Huntington and April (Terry) Scott of Anderson; three grandsons, Brock (Jamie) Mathias; Randall (Deanna) Dixon and Eric Mathias; four granddaughters, Sarah (Derek) Sain, Stephanie Mathias, Shannon Mathias and Josie Scott; great-grandchildren, Elloit, Zachary and Brody Sain and Willa Dixon and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Josephine and Donna Mathias, Brother, James Dixon and grandson, Brody Mathias.
A graveside service will be held at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Bronnenberg Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
