Annie Jo Bentley Baldree, 73, of Tifton passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Her funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 2, 2017, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Raymond Lisenby officiating. Ms. Baldree will be laid to rest at Waterloo Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, September 2, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Jason Porter, Gabe Porter, Beau Stone, Brady Stone, Felton Bentley, Mac McFadden, James Lisenby and Dennis Gay will serve as pallbearers.
Born July 29, 1944 in Irwin County, Ms. Baldree was the daughter of the late Luna Felton Bentley and Lillie Mae Terrell Bentley. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Renee Baldree Lightsey, who passed away in 2005; six brothers and seven sisters.. She was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary since 1972 and enjoyed playing Bingo at the V.F.W.
Ms. Baldree is survived by one sister, Mildred Robison of Ocala, Florida; one grandson; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
