FALL RIVER… Paul G. French, 61, of Fall River passed away May 28, 2017 at St. Anne’s Hospital in Fall River.
He was the widower of Cheryl Barlow French.
Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late Nicholas French and Pauline (Baraby) Turner. He was a lifelong resident of this city.
Mr. French was a communicant of Good Shepherd Parish, Fall River. He enjoyed fishing, watching television and playing computer games. He proudly served as a member of the United States Marines Corps. Paul will be remembered for his bright smile and sense of humor.
Survivors include his sons: Ryan French and Paul G. French, Jr., both of Fall River, a sister, Cheryl Gilmette of Fall River, a brother, Allan French of Louisiana, 2 granddaughters, Brittany French and Paula Jean French, a great-granddaughter, Jazmyn Rivera, several nieces and nephews, as well as his favorite K-9 companion, Sarg. He was brother of the late Alberta French and Nicholas French.
At the request of the family, services will be private.
