Dolores M. "Dolly" (Cronin) Egan, 66, of 111 Meadow Road, died
Monday Oct. 3 in the Life Care Center of Auburn, after a courageous 14 month
battle with Ovarian Cancer.
She leaves a son Stephen P. Egan, a sister Donna L. Cronin of Spencer, a
grandson Eric M. Egan of North Brookfield, an aunt Jane Caron of South
Hadley, a cousin Evelyn Cote and her husband Richard of Fairfield Glade,
Tenn., and a life long friend Eileen M. Fredette of Hopkinton.
Dolly was born in Holyoke daughter of Frederick L. and Wanda F. (Kodis)
Cronin. She worked in the Admitting Dept. at St. Vincent's Hospital for 21
years before retiring in 2003. She enjoyed crafts and loved the New England
Patriots and Boston Red Sox.
The funeral will be held Thursday Oct. 6 from J. HENRI MORIN & SON
FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of
the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will be in Mary, Queen of
the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. Calling hours will be Wednesday Oct. 5, from
5:00-8:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made
