CORNISH- Cynthia “Cindy” Legere, age 54, of Cornish, Maine, passed away on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2017 after a courageous battle with Pancreatic cancer.
Cindy was born in Nashua, New Hampshire on December 8th, 1962 and grew up on Peaks Island. She was the daughter of Phyllis (Hebert) Daigle and Alfred M. Daigle. Cindy is survived by her children Alfred Schoenbucher, Adrienne Legere, Cassandra Legere and Alexandra (Legere) Lyons and their spouses. Cindy is also survived by her mother, Phyllis, and her siblings; Philip Daigle, Wanda Richmond, Ronald Daigle, Raymond Daigle and Sandra Kleiner.
Cindy was a loving mother and enjoyed spending time with her children and traveling to beach destinations. She enjoyed gardening, collecting sea glass and entertaining with friends and family on her beautiful patio. Cindy was an accomplished artist and will be dearly missed by the community.
The Memorial service will be held on August 30th, 2017 at the United Church of Christ at 11:00 AM in Cornish, Maine and a potluck reception will follow.
