Laconia-------Eva Tattersall, 87, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2017 at Lakes Region General Hospital after a period of declining health. She will be joining her special friend of over 30 years, Robert Hickey.
Eva was born November 7,1929 in Canaan, NH, daughter of the late Wilbur and Eva Jameson. She graduated from Canaan High School and went on to work for 25 years giving loving care to patients at the Concord State Hospital and the Laconia State School.
Eva was a member of the 4-H Club for 11 years and was a faithful member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church Prayer Group. Her family puts her in the hands of her heavenly father. She looked forward to letters from her many pen pals. Over the years she enjoyed sewing, liquid embroidery and crafts. Her favorite past time was matching items in the game Mahjong.
Eva is survived by two daughters, Verna Peck and her husband, Ken of Laconia, Linda Constant and her husband, Allen of Plymouth; her son, Patrick Jameson of Canaan; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great -grandchildren. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her 2 sisters, Evelyn Hammond and Pauline Burrill, her daughter- in- law, Judith Jameson, a grandson, Robert Fowler and a great-great-granddaughter, Erika Raymond.
Calling hours will be held Monday, August 28, 2017 from 3:00-5:00pm at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home , 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH using the Carriage House entrance.
A funeral service will follow on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 5:00pm also at the funeral home.
