Brian M. Grant, age 55, of Berkley, died unexpectedly at his home August 21, 2017. Born in Boston, he was the son of Loretta M. (Devlin) (Grant) Burke of Middleboro and the late Arthur Grant. Brian was raised in Brockton and was a graduate of Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School, class of 1980. For more than 20 years, he had been employed as a Regional Sales Manager with Airgas. Brian was known for his boundless love of family, great sense of humor, and selflessness to others. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hiking, biking and fishing.
Brian is survived by his children Zachary Grant of Taunton, Alexandra Grant of Berkley, Brian Pellegrini of Homestead, FL and Travis Duffy of Half Moon Bay, CA. He was the brother of Arthur Grant and his wife Elizabeth of Meriden, CT, Sheila Onges and her husband Stephen of Middleboro, Maureen Grant and her fiancé Michael Cannistraro of Taunton, Michael Grant of Middleboro and Eileen Reyes and her husband Jose of Discovery Bay, CA. He is also survived by his former wife Susan (Muldonian) Grant and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Friday 4-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home Saturday at 11:00am, followed by burial in Pine Hill Cemetery.
